How It Works.

  • 1. You Select A Date.

    You select the dates for us send one of our professional photography teams to photograph your members. We will work evenings and weekends to accommodate your members for their family photos. The number of days we are there will be determined by how many families we may need to photograph.

  • 2. We Help Promote.

    We will create promotional posters, flyers, and sign up forms for you to begin promoting the event to your membership.

  • 3. We Photograph Your Families.

    We photograph your families using a variety of poses and offer portrait packages for purchase to share with family/friends in addition to the directory poses. Members will receive photo orders withing 4-6 weeks after we leave your location.

  • 4. Send Us Pics & Text.

    Your church submits additional content to place in your directory. This content could include an intro letter from your pastor, your leadership team, brief Church history, pictures, major events, groups, or anything else that helps tell your church’s story.

  • 5. We Design Your Directory.

    Once information is submitted, one of our designers will begin working on the design of your directory. Within 4 weeks after we receive your content, you should be receiving proofs of your church directory.

Photography.

Heritage’s own staff of full-time PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHERS will be using the latest state of the art digital equipment and technology to create a truly professional studio environment. Many companies will contract out the photography to other companies. This gives you less control over the project quality and means your members will be dealing with several companies. When using Heritage to produce your directory you will be dealing with one company from start to finish.

Groups & Teams

We will be glad to photograph any groups/teams to be included in your Heritage Directory while our photographers are at your location. These group shots can be simply worked into the schedules. If it’s not convenient for an entire group to be assembled during the photography session, someone within your church can photograph these groups with any digital camera and they can be submitted with your other content to be included in your directory. These images will appear nicely in your directory.

Portraits & Poses.

Your membership will decide which type pose will be used for the directory. Various images of this pose will be created to allow each members to pick out the one they would prefer in the album based upon their facial expression.

Viewing & Ordering Images.

Members have the opportunity to view their images immediately after being photographed. They pick the one to appear in your Heritage Directory and choose any they wish to order to share with family and/or friends. Packages are affordably priced and all members photographed will receive a complimentary directory. Members are under NO OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE but most will, which keeps us in business and allows us to offer this project to your church.

Church Directory Information.

We will provide a 10% overrun of the printed directory for the Church to have additional directories on hand for any other needs the church may have. Gathering Content is Easier Than You Think!
